How to subscribe

If you would like to receive posts on this blog as they occur and without having to go to the website, you want to “subscribe” to the blog.  There are several ways to accomplish this task depending on your computer and programs. I use both AOL and Outlook so I can tell you how to do it on those two.  Others are similar.

            The easiest way to start is to click on “subscribe to this blog’s feed” in the left column. It will take you to a Feedburner.com site. Here look at the box on the right where it says “subscribe now.” Here you have several choices of commercial programs to use. If one looks familiar, click on it and do whatever it says.  Or, you can click on the “view feed xml” choice. This will take you to another page where you can click on the choice “subscribe to this feed.”

            If you have AOL, click on the AOL choice where you found the other commercial program choices. That will subscribe the blog into your AOL software.  You probably need to have AOL open at the time.

A passion for business

Having a passion for the success of businesses, and especially those in my hometown of Wickenburg, I have decided to open a weblog (blog) dedicated to serving Wickenburg business.  In this space I will promote businesses, defend the business and free-enterprise way, and share any helping hints I uncover about business.

I will encourage comments to the posts, and if interested will encourage others to share the authoring responsibility.  While I will immediately delete posts or comments that are offensive or inappropriate, I promise I will never delete a post just because the author disagrees with me.  Disagreement is good for our society.

If you wish to contact me for any reason – to post something, to call my attention to something going on that needs to be covered in this space, or for any other reason, please do so without hesitation.  You will find the e-mail address to the left. I would like to see this blog become a part of the Wickenburg business community and active participation is best for all.
